Company History

Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. is a professional real estate counseling service firm accomplished in both the residential and commercial markets.  Since 1967, we have serviced the real estate community throughout the Hawaiian Islands and earned a reputation for professional service and quality product.  We are dedicated to producing objective and responsible solutions to complex real estate problems in a timely manner.

Professional Staff

The staff of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. has an extensive range of real estate experience gained through years of field studies of Hawaiian real estate, professional accomplishments, continuing professional education, and active association with nationally recognized appraisal and real estate related organizations including the Appraisal Institute, Counselors of Real Estate, The National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers, and Building Association of Hawaii.

Professional counseling designations held by members of the firm include (CRE) Counselor of Real Estate and Fellow (FRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  Professional appraisal designations held by members of the firm from the Appraisal Institute include Senior Real Property Appraiser (SRPA) and Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA).  The staff has also complied with the State of Hawaii’s licensing and certification program earning such designations as: Certified General Appraiser (CGA), Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) or State Licensed Appraiser.

Members of the firm have earned a reputation for professional service and quality work.  The principal members of the firm are recognized as expert witnesses for their educational and service contributions to various business and professional organizations on both the local and national level.  The educational and professional experiences of our staff members are outlined in their accompanying resumes.
