Jon Yamaguchi leads two companies,
Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. (President-CEO) and REMM
Pacific Realty LLC (President-Principal Broker) all
based in Honolulu Hawaii. For more than 45 years, he has
provided advisory services in his real estate expertise
of the Hawaiian Islands and Pacific Rim areas.
His specialties in real
estate include counseling, acquisition, disposition, brokerage
and leasing.
A graduate of Iolani School
and Colorado State University, Jon has been awarded the CRE
designation from the Counselors of Real Estate, CCIM- Certified
Commercial Investment Member, and the SRPA and SRA
designations from the Appraisal Institute.

He maintains a general
license as a real estate appraiser and a real estate broker
license in the State of Hawaii.

For over
twenty years, Stephanie worked in the insurance and securities
industry as an independent agent for ManuLife (formerly
Manufacturer’s Life Insurance Co.), Royal Alliance and Ameritas
Securities groups. In 1999 she joined her
husband in forming Allstate Home Inspection and Environmental
Testing Services of Hawaii, a subsidiary of the Real Estate
Appraisal and Consulting firm of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi,
Inc.
Currently, she devotes the majority of her time as the
Executive Vice President of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. where
she is responsible for business development, real estate
consulting and community affairs.
She is a licensed agent
and Principal of
REMM Pacific Realty LLC. Her hobbies include golf,
traveling, cooking and assisting her favorite charities. |
